3. Payment Information

Credit card information provided by the Client is securely retained on file through our payment processing system. By providing your credit card, you authorize Appalachian Hydroseeding and Landscaping, Inc. to charge your card for the remaining balance on the day of job completion, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. We do not store full card numbers directly — payment data is handled through secure, industry-standard third-party processors.

4. SMS and Text Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Appalachian Hydroseeding and Landscaping, Inc. regarding your service, including appointment reminders, job updates, estimates, invoices, and promotional offers. Message frequency may vary based on your requests, appointments, and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

These include Jobber (client management and scheduling), third-party payment processors, and email/SMS platforms. 6. Property Photos

Appalachian Hydroseeding and Landscaping, Inc. may photograph your property before, during, and after service completion. These photos may be used for internal documentation, promotional materials, social media, and marketing purposes. No personally identifiable information (such as your name or address) will be published alongside photos without your consent. If you do not wish for photos of your property to be used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing prior to service.
